Kenya’s Leading Islamic Bank Marks Customer Service Week 2020

5th October 2020 to 9th October 2020 – This year’s Customer Service Week theme was ‘Championing Customer Convenience’. Gulf African Bank rolled out various initiatives aimed at thanking our customers for their business while popularizing our convenience channels.

All staff members recited a pledge, committing to respond to customer queries not later than 1 working day, serve customers within the first 10 minutes of their arrival in our branches while giving them easy and convenient ways to access their money 24/7 through mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs and card services.

Staff members also used the opportunity to get together in a brainstorming session and come up with proposals on how the bank can optimally serve customers in an efficient, cost-efficient manner amongst numerous other initiatives.
