7th September 2020 – Gulf African Bank officially launched its newly revamped website – gulfafricanbank.com and revamped internet banking platform – GABNet.

Touted as a customer-centric platform, the website has been purposed to quickly address the needs of youth, women, civil servants, SMEs, Corporate, Kenyans in the Diaspora, and numerous other groups and personalities. The device friendly site allows existing and potential customers to request for supplementary and new account opening as well as apply for financing online and get to know their repayment plan in advance.

The new site is also structured to enable customers to refer their friends, colleagues, and family members to the bank, book preferential foreign exchange rates, the ability to interact with our national contact center in real-time, join the bank’s mortgage club listing, and get financing for hugely discounted properties. Entrepreneurs are also able to access procurement opportunities.

Dubbed GABnet, the bank’s advanced internet banking platform has given customers the power to carry out numerous end to end transactions from anywhere, anytime. The bank’s customers are now able to open supplementary accounts, place standing orders online, transfer funds within their accounts locally and internationally, make credit card and Itax payments, order for cheque books and debit cards online, pay suppliers, make forex enquiries and do much more. Through our revamped internet banking platform, customers will be able to perform in excess of 15 transactions online without necessarily visiting the branch.
